The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable.

'We were travelling from Syracuse to Milan and had a 7 hour stopover waiting for the night train from San Giovanni. This was a perfect haven being 10 minutes walk from the station/ ferry terminal which allowed us to get a shower and a few hours sleep. Friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check in. Room was air conditioned and comfortable and the shower was large and hot'

'Zeer prettige ontvangst nadag we vanaf het station en de haven waren komen lopen. De eigenaresse had geprobeerd ons te bellen om ons op te halen van het station. Het is een kwartier lopen, maar met bagage de berg op is wel een uitdaging.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst in een prachtige villa met brandschone kamers. Mooi uitzicht over zee en naar Sicilië.

Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was also great- fresh croissants, ham, salami, amazing yogurt with yummy granola. Margaret made us fresh cappuccino and espresso.
