'This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We were unable to have dinner at the restaurant because they were too busy with the bigger groups. Tried for 15 min to have the dinner we had booked in our reservation, then went to another restaurant. Money wasted, would never come here again.'

'Prima hotel midden in natuurgebied Las Medulas. Hotel is eenvoudig maar de kamers zijn ruim, schoon en leuk ingericht. Het enige dat ontbrak tijdens ons verblijf was een airco. Het was in onze verblijfsperiode erg warm (30 graden ) waardoor het 's nachts erg lastig was om goed te slapen. Misschien zou een eenvoudige waaier ook uitkomst kunnen bieden, omdat een airco onder normale weersomstandigheden niet nodig is. It’s an interesting place where the owner/operator seems to have several smaller properties. When you ring the doorbell he comes to meet you from an adjacent property to check you in and give you your keys.
He and his wife also serve a great breakfast (additional charge) at a nearby property.
