'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '

'I was disappointed with my stay. I booked an Executive Room, but at check-in I was given a standard room. It was only corrected after I pointed out their mistake. Then I had to wait about an hour for my room keys because they couldn’t prepare them. I didn’t receive my keys until later that night. Overall, the check-in process was poorly managed and not what I expected.'

'The lobby looks nothing like the photo on the hotel profile. It is small and dingy. The front desk clerks sit in glass box-for security reasons. The condition of the property is rundown with attempts to cover it with some loud patterns on hallway walls and floors.
Our room had a strong unpleasant smell of dirty carpet and some cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a barn door, which you can't close property. The bathroom was ok. The towels have been white a long time ago-not anymore and they are...
