'The property is very good for a family travelling and wanting to make some lunch/diner at home. We had difficulty getting hot water to take a shower even if we were taking a very fast shower but I think it is the same case everywhere in peru during the winter. No towels and face cloth were left to take our shower. No extra paper towels and nothing in the kitchen: no hand soap or dish soap. Just be aware to bring everything needed. Overall the place is very good. '

'Realize that most people in Peru are not as tall as we are, 5'10+, the couch was very short. We made do by buying a lawn chair that we left for the landlord since we were there for a month. bed was very comfy, again a double, we have a king at home. 'Joel and Cidelia were amazing hosts who treated us like family. Joel built his home and the sky domes from scratch. We had the wonderful opportunity to cook with Cidelia and have dinner with their family. The domes were awesome. It does get a little cold, but they were more than accommodating with blankets. Be prepared to glamp. The location and views were amazing. We enjoyed beer and a beautiful view overlooking the valley on the mini bar near our sky dome. '

Slechte service en armoedige kamers en faciliteite
"Wat een vreselijke service. Op de plaatjes lijkt het een mooi hotel, maar als je op de kamer komt is het tapijt gerafeld en is de badkamer duidelijk toe aan een opknapbeurt. De koelkast in de kamer deed het niet. Het bed was hard en oncomfortabel. We hadden het hotel geboekt onder andere vanwege het zwembad en de sauna. Het zwembad kun je alleen in de avond gebruiken ergens tussen 18.00 en 22.00 uur. De rest van de dag is er geen toegang voor hotelgasten alleen als je er flink voor betaalt. Ze verhuren het zwembad aan mensen buiten het hotel en vragen hier flink geld voor. Toen we de volgende dag wilden gaan zwemmen bleek dat je eerst een reservering moest maken en dat 1 dag van te voren. Dit was ons niet verteld. We waren 3 nachten in het hotel en hebben niet 1 keer van het zwembad gebruik kunnen maken! De sauna biedt nauwelijks privacy. De omkleed ruimte is een openbare ruimte waar iedereen langsloopt. De stoom sauna was niet erg fris en allerlei tegeltjes lieten los. De Finse sauna had een hetelucht blaas systeem waardoor de houten vloer zo heet werd dat je je voeten verbrandde en er was geen zandloper of iets aanwezig. We zouden na een uitstapje terug komen maar we hebben voor een ander hotel gekozen. Dit hotel is niet aan te raden!"
