'Awesome place for vacation, the hotel is super cozy and clean, very well maintained. The tour agency is also super convenient and offered different services around the area. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very welcoming. Gimena was lovely with us and helped us a lot during our stay recommending some good places in town. Overall 10/10 and would definitely come back!'

'Gostamos muito do hotel, não fica no centro mas tem restaurantes ótimos por perto e o que fica no próprio hotel é ótimo. O nosso quarto era muito bom e se não tivesse o carpete seria perfeito. Apesar de falarem muito nos comentários do barulho do elevador, ouvimos pouco e só depois das 8 da manhã, não nos incomodou. '

'Sensacional! O apartamento é maravilhoso, todos os detalhes bem pensados, tudo de muita qualidade, louças, toalhas novas, termostato quentinho (pegamos -10 graus). A piscina quentinha com vista linda…Vista perfeita do lago com as montanhas nevadas, foi incrível! A praia privada tem uma água clara que fica verde com o sol… tem um mercado há 15 minutos de caminhada que fizemos tranquilamente. Recomendo muito e voltaremos com certeza.'

'Please book for more than one day. Unfortunately we only had one night and it was not enough. This is a beautifully curated property. Clean, comfortable, artistically decorated with one of a kind views. The heated pool was lovely. The food was delicious. Make sure to book dinner ahead of time is you wish to eat dinner at the hotel. If not, they will call a cab to take you in to town. I hope to be able to return to casa de alto in the future. '

'Para empezar, una chica de la recepción nos hizo sentir incómodos por su actitud de desconfianza pidiéndonos tarjetas de respaldo y demás, fue tan exigente que al final del día el control de la TV de la habitación nos tocó pedirlo varias veces hasta que lo entregaron, por otro lado al momento de hacer check out no fueron capaces de mantenernos los equipaje mientras íbamos a una excursión corta hasta las 2 pm, lo que nos tocó ir con todos los equipajes a la excursión, jamás había vivido una...

'Buena hostería, muy pintoresca. El living y desayunador son muy cálidos y bien decorados. La habitación es amplia y luminosa. La cama doble es confortable, la cama individual no tanto. No nos pareció necesario q prendieran la calefacción automáticamente, ya que fuimos en verano, había q pedir q la apagaran. El desayuno no es muy variado pero es de buena calidad (café, jugó, té, tostadas, medialunas, mermeladas, frutas). Una curiosidad q tiene la hostería es q a las 22 hs se retira el conserje y...
