'Spacious , clean in a nice part of Condessa easily accessible to most anything. Only issue was on first morning had to take a cold shower because the handles weren’t labeled, you only needed a VERY small amount of cold water and it took about 10 min to warm up because we were on the 4th floor. After figure out the shower situation the rest of the stay was excellent. '

'The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Karla and Amado are truly wonderful. Every request I had, they took with a smile and made sure to fulfill. The room was really nice, clean and with all the amenities i need it. Location was great and super accessible. The only issue i had was with some.basic stuff like garbage bags, which i had to ask for every night, or the extra towels or blankets and sheets i needed for the sofa bed. 'Muy bien ubicado y precio económico, desafortunadamente hay clientes ruidosos, desconsiderados y de mal comportamiento en sus habitaciones (música a volumen alto, risotadas, escándalo) que generan molestia. La administración poco o nada hace ante la queja. '
