'Entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr nettes, unaufdringliches Personal, ein schönes Haus, auf 3 Ebenen da am Hügel. Ca 20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. 2 gute Tavernen gibt es auch um's Eck. Oceanis bietet 5x/tägl. einen Shuttle Service runter an, wer nicht gehen will.'

'Dusty room, we kept the window open the whole day to bring in some fresh air. The lobby and breakfast area are nice although small but in the room itself it looked like time had stood still for 30 years. The only thing that changed was the shower head which no longer fitted in the stand so you had to hold it while the moldy shower curtain stuck to your behind.'

'Good location (very close to Ammes beach, which is a fantastic blue flag beach), many amenities (rooms had functioning TV & AC, there were also 3 pools available). Nevertheless the wifi did not work very well-you had to walk and go to the bar to be able to send an email-it is the only weak spot of the property.'

'Our stay at Lazaratos was amazing! It is a family managed hotel and every member was there to make us feel like at home. Very well located, very clean, amazing food on weekends, excellent breakfasts and a nice beach. Only 4 Kms from Lixouri. Definitely, I will go back to Lazaratos!'

Breakfast is limited but decent quality The local area is fairly quiet consisting of a main beach side road with tavernas all along. Good food can be had for decent prices.
