'the hotel isn't open and when I arrived, the woman told me it's closed due to covid, which I totally understand. Unfortunately, as she promised a refund, nothing happened and despite contacting Hotels.com who promised to take care of the matter, nothing happened and nobody get back to me with a solution. for now, I paid 2 nights (non refundable on the website) for a place I didn't even see the door of.'

'I have no idea about the place and facility. My booking was overbooked and I was offered to another hotel by the owner. The owner mentioned that my booking via expedia was not sent to the owner's email address, therefore, my booked room was taken innocently. Anyway, the owner did the effort to search for another hotel in such a high demand circumtance that day, and finally gave me an acceptable solution, so I think it is OK. '
