'I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was! I read the positive reviews and felt comfortable staying there but didn’t realize how spacious and homey the cabin would feel! The beds were super comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the cabin was a pleasant surprise, and the quietness of the entire resort area was fantastic. Super spread out. Renting canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards was really easy. The cabin got a little warm during the day but the three box fans were a big help.'

'Spent the weekend in Rangle skiing, the place was ideally located not far from town, and an IGA for any groceries, and short drive to the mountain. Heather was responsive and helpful welcoming us with comfy beds, board games, ping pong, and local recs'

'This home in the Timbers had good access to Windrow trail (3’ walk in ski boots). Home was clean and well stocked and pictures are accurate. Bedrooms are cozy and living spaces comfortable. Host Ryan was excellent with timely communication and support. While a major storm impacted our check-in, he made us whole with a generous compensation'

'We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!'

'Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Golden Smelt. We have been renting VRBO properties for decades and this is by far the best stay we have ever had. The cabin is brand new, and was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay special. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, the stylish decor, the ample parking spaces, and of course the incredible views of mountains and lake. We loved sitting at the dining table next to the wall of windows that face the lake....

'We were in town for my son's wedding. The house was so well-equiped - top of the line appliances, great cookware, platers, plantes, glass, cups. The beds are comfortable, the house was clean. Anyone that stopped by was in awe of the amazing view. The check-in process was seemless. The property manager responsded to my questoins within 24 hours. Rangeley is a quite town but the people are so welcoming. I would highly recommend this house. '

'My friend and I stayed here for a week and the house has plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual, but also contained extras like spices and oils.Having just two of us, my friend took the first floor master bedroom/bathroom while I took the second floor that contained two bedrooms and a bathroom. I started off on the softer mattress in one bedroom, but after one night's sleep it was a bit too soft for me. I switched to the other room with two beds, both very firm memory foam....

'Enjoyed our annual fall foliage off-roading weekend in this lovely chalet. Place was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed.
