'Be aware that the "standard room" advertised on Expedia does not include a kitchenette, although the photos clearly show that is what we pay for.
Hayden was very helpful at getting the online problem fixed.
Overall, a satisfactory ending to a stay which started out with problems from the online booking stage.'

'Our stay at Louislyn Apartments was very nice. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet mountain area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunsets were amazing! It’s better to have a car to get around. Robertine (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly), was very nice and helpful. She made sure that we had what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.'
