'I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, so everything was within easy walking distance. I was especially impressed by how exceptionally clean everything was, and the staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended!'

'I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided. I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key.
I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key. I had to wait for the...
