'The room was gorgeous and spotless, which made it such a shame that we didn’t sleep. There was a loud, continuous noise through the night, possibly from a generator, and it kept me awake. I was exhausted the next day. Parking was a little difficult, and the surrounding area felt quite run down. We didn’t see any staff, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The room itself was lovely; unfortunately, the noise really affected our stay.'

'The room did the job - but numerous issues.
Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best.
The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

'Perfectly fine for my needs, a one night stop over for cycling. Well situated for some excellent quite lanes, with tough climbs.
The food the night before was tasty enough, and the beer was very well kept. Very friendly staff.
I was even able to take a shower after my ride, even though it went beyond the check out time.
Comfy bed. Shower was nice and warm, even though it was a bit leaky.
Room was a bit tired, but like I said, I wasn't after 5 star, and for the price it was perfectly fine.'

'Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find.'

'Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. '

17. Marina View Apartment
Marina View ApartmentCastle
10.0 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (3 beoordelingen)
'Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous.
The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV.
There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner.
The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise.
We may well...

'On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning.
Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed'
