'Front desk should have shown us on a map how to get to our room in the back on the second floor. It was confusing. Room 219 had a wobbly sink faucet, a bedspread with obvious cigarette burns on it, and the floor was extremely scratched up. It looked tacky; could definitely use some updating! It was clean however with a working shower. And the bed was okay, but not great.'

'Great commuter location (right off highway so you have traffic noise in am) Fabulous price for a large room. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was nicely furnished, and they offer snacks for sale, and an easy-access lobby bathroom. When we arrived at 2am, there was a pile of linens and towels on the floor in the back corner of the lobby—not something you see every day in a hotel, but I assumed it’s not a regular occurrence, and at that time if the morning, it could have...

'Excellent customer service and a perfect location! The views from the back of the property were absolutely breathtaking. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and some of the buildings appeared to be brand new. I had one minor maintenance issue, which was promptly resolved while I was out enjoying my day. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed longer than two days! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay...

'I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Make sure you bring a swimsuit because the pool is heated and so is the hot tub. Do not skip out on the breakfast. This is one of the most amazing parts of this little adventure. Ask John about the history of the community and the Bridge of Gods. He will include a map of the area.. there is so much for you and your family to do, that will be so memorable. Do not purchase tours when you could take a short drive down the road and see all of the waterfalls...
