'I would not stay here again. Communication prior to arrival was non existent after multiple attempts through email, WhatsApp, phone calls and IG. The transportation and tour booking help that was promised in their description was therefor not met. Upon arrival I mentioned this and the response from the manager was that yes, this is known issue but there was nothing they could do. This property will undergo major renovations in the fall and it seems they will just coast until then.

'Toller Blick auf die Bucht. Steiler Anstieg. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach aber sauber eingerichtet. Allerdings ist der Preis zu überteuert für die Ausstattung.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. '

'The cabina had an extra extraordinary view.
We loved that the bedrooms were closed off and did have air conditioning, but that the rest of the unit was completely open
The house cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning every morning
I had laundry done, and it was very reasonably priced and done very well
The unit is within walking distance to almost everything but best of all the beach is right there!'

'From the pool to the restaurant to the rooms, everywhere has a stunning view! You can wander the paths to the wetlands and see so many species of birds! But, I’ve also seen coati, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, a staghorn beetle, iguanas, and loads of tropical flowers and butterflies! You really doing have to go anywhere to see so much! However, I also booked some tours: diving at Caño Island, a night walk, birding - and everything was fantastic!! I’d highly recommend staying with Natural...

'The welcome by being collected on the beach and having our luggage taken to the room was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and the view was gorgeous.
We were disappointed with the general service, particularly in the hotels restaurant. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival. We were sat down 15 minutes late and the food took over an hour to arrive, during which time we were not visited once by the staff...
