'Three hours waiting time in several rows, until we got our room. And not even the room with ocean view we booked. Complete afternoon lost with waiting in the lobby'

'A one nighter after visiting afriend in surf city. Stayed here once before - nice then, nice now. Efficient check in, bell desk, and valet. There was an early check in fee of $20, which borhered ne a bit, but i was there and wanted to get settled. Had an early dinner at Breadsticks cafe. My seever couldn't have been better. Kind and efficient. Patty Melt excellent as was tge carrot cake. Casino lively and airy if just a tad dark. Good music! Overall I'd say a very nice stay'

'We were inform through Expedia that free breakfast was included. But that was not true. Mr. Devit charged me for parking when others got parking included. Other than that it was a good stay.'

'Goede service vanaf het begin! Er werd ons, zonder erom te vragen, een kamer update aangeboden. De manager, en andere medewerkers, zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige (kleine) nadeel was dat het ontbijt al om 9 uur was afgelopen. Voor de rest absoluut waar voor je geld.'

'The elevator was being 'worked on'. Saw no signs of this. Had to wait every time to get someone to operate the elevator. We were in town to celebrate a friend's birthday, so spent a lot of time dining out. This was a pain having to wait for someone for the elevator. So we just took the stairs after while. Other than that. Staff was AMAZING!!!'
