'It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience '

'was on a short trip to kodaikanal, and happened to stay at the JC Residency, it is a beautiful property with Amazing gardens, the property is built like a resort, and the Rooms are spacious , clean and has an old world charm to it... the restaurant serves a Decent Breakfast, and the alacarte items are tasty. the gardens have been maintained beautifully, and we had the campfire on one of the days. the staff here is very polite and hospitable, and a special mention to Jaya from the front office...

'Very close to nature. Small property in the middle of nowhere. Lovely couple that run it. Very relaxing. Don’t miss the Jeep sunrise tour. We had great time.'

'This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. Its at a height so it offers a valley view from one side of its rooms and its worth the money. Parking is available on site. The space is a little small but at the same time...

'Our stay at Lockhart Bungalow was awesome! Great hospitality & fantastic cooking. Beautiful early morning and afternoon hikes through the tea estate, both with guide and without. Very serene setting. Visit to tea factory very interesting and recommendable. '
