'Nice large clean room with balcony overlooking tropical vegetation. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyed the nice clean pool. Good location in Drake Bay, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach.'

'Great location, rooms were clean but small and old fashioned. Electric shower head with loose wires. Price compared to rest of Costa Rica overpriced. Location was great however, close to the beach and start of tours to Corcovado. We paid around 100 euros a night for a standard room. You have to take some stairs for some rooms up hill so keep that in mind. '

'Vista drake lodge is amazing. We stayed for 4 nights. We even got an upgrade to one of the lodges! The views from there are amazing overlooking drake bay and you just want to chill on the porch in your personal hammock forever.
The lodgings are in the center of town and everything can be reached by foot. Emmanuel also hosts a lot of tours, gives great advice and we got a special breakfast on the day we left which was super nice!
We did some diving on cano island (highly recommended) and went...

'We really enjoyed our stay here! We were up in one of the rooms on the hill which had amazing views of the bay as well as great opportunities for birdwatching. The room itself was super clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great proximity to the nature trail as well! We would stay again for sure.'

'As a Tico used to the standard formal check-in process, my experience at this hotel was a refreshing departure from the norm. 'Lovely peaceful place in the jungle! Only the sounds of the birds, monkeys and insects. The cabin was very comfortable and the pool was refreshing. We especially liked the viewing platform for bird watching from a cooler vantage point. Zayro took great care of us!'
