'Ik ken dit hotel van voor de overname/verbouwing en toen was het al een fijn hotel. Nu is het nog fijner! Locatie is prima net buiten het centrum van Cheltenham. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg met een mooi decor. Vooral het bed is heerlijk! Het is een oud gebouw, dus verwacht trappen! Personeel erg vriendelijk. '

Tv did not work, breakfast was not hot as it wasa buffet could do with having covers over to keep warm Having said that i would stay there again'

'Overall it was ok for what I needed as travelling for work but a bit disappointed in a slightly disjointed check-in process. Having spoken to and emailed the hotel, on arrival after travelling c.3hrs I was asked to provide all the information I had already given directly to them. Bedroom was comfortable and the shower was good.'
