'I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive.
During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour.

'Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management
Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...

'Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room)
Shower does not work due to no lever
The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper.
I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.'
