'The overal was OK. Room wasn't fully clean and there was a huge draft coming from the windows and heater unit. One of the lights did not function and was fixed soon, another one worked randomly and wasn't. WiFi was very slow and had lot's of interuptions. As I was on a business visit from europe, I realy needed that WiFi. Fridge was very noisy and so were some of the other guests. Some guests even decided to have some sort of party till 3 am. 'My family and I had a wonderful stay. Beds comfortable and rooms were clean. There were a few things I didn’t like, the pool is cold and to slippery. The outside area is beautiful however, after 10pm there is no outdoor area to sit and relax. Breakfast was wonderful .'

'All hotel staff we came into contact with were absolutely wonderful! Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Towels were so soft! Everything we needed was in our room. It was missing a remote control for the tv but the front desk had one to our room in less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel. If all Staybridge hotels are like this, we will be staying at them for all of our trips! '
