'On this occasion there was an administration error and the hotel rebooked us into a more expensive high end resort hotel to compensate us. This was completely hassle free and was very much appreciated. They carried all the costs. Nice! I have stayed in this hotel previously and it is a good quality, clean, safe hotel which is near by some excellent restaurants in Umhlanga Rocks. They obviously care about customer experience. '

'Our welcome was very cold, The lady at the reception was busy organizing a box and did not even acknowledge our presence for a min or two. and then a security staff said "wait". And after a few min someone just gave us the room keys. Room was very clean but they did not keep any towels and we had to ask for it. USB and other charging points were very close to the bed which was great. The hotel location in general doesnt seem to be safe. Its worth the price though. '

'Easy and Comfortable sray, the staff are so welcoming and efficient at check-in. The hotelnis nuce and clean, a bit dated (my opinion) but a good, wholesome experience. The room is nice and neat, the shower us really good, big enough and very relsxing after a long day. That bed, I want to stick it in my bag and take it home. The breakfast, very good, decent variety and tasty and generous. Overall, impressive, I would return. '

'The hotel was nice needed a little refurbishment. The staff made up for it been attentive and helpful. Was worth the money, security was good around the building. One young man lindo in particular very helpful. View of the harbour from my bedroom was amazing I was on the 18th flood of 23. Pool is on rooftop alongside the spa facilities very safe. '

'The worst service we have ever received from a hotel/Bnb. It was a very hot 32 degree day and the air conditioner was broken in our room. We asked for another room when we we told the bnb was fully occupied which was understandable. We then requested that we get a refund for our accommodation because we couldn’t stay in a room that was so hot. The owner told us we needed to wait for her maintenance guy who was a 2 hour drive away, let alone the amount of time it would take him to repair a broken...
