From toiletries ( tooth brush to hair conditioner etc) Coffees and tea ….everything I compared it with other 5 stars I stayed in Beirut and found them much better honestly…the best part is breakfast was included and it was served in room (very generous more than I can explain). I believe it will be my spot … and even it was my first time here they offered me free...

'Great Value for money! The hotel is really nice. At the beginning I thought that it was pretty close to work but then I realized it's close to everything. You can walk to Sodeco, or take a ride to Hazmieh, or Hamra or anywhere in Beirut. I enjoyed staying at the property the room is very spacious, the area is really nice and accessible, staff are very helpful, Hadi is always reachable and willing to support. Recommended for long stays, super convenient!'

'The hotel is very well located. The area is very safe. It´s a small hotel with 9 floors. I booked a Premium room and it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is Lebanese style. A special mention to the restaurant manager, he is very attentive and helpful. The hotel also has a small gym in the basement with the basics to exercise on vacation. The hotel staff is friendly, everyone smiles, and always tries to help you with anything. At the frontdesk, thanks to Ghina, Firas, Shahrazad,...

'Despite the difficulties of the countries and poor infrastructure, they do their best to accommodate you with 24/7 light, good WIFI, and attentive staff. Very important also, most hotels offering the same rate will not guarantee peace & quiet, as most tourists to Beirut lack the courtesy towards other guests with insurmountable noise from dusk until dawn, but not this hotel'

'Very nice hotel, excellent service, clean room, good breakfast and perfect location in the middle of Hamra. Hamra is a very busy place, so it's not for everybody if you want to stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but it does get quiet after midnight. I will definitely book again if I come back to Beirut, really enjoyed my stay.'

'Caramel has a good location in Hamra, surrounded by some nice little bars and shops. Unfortunately, we had a couple of issues during our stay; When we checked in, we were told that there would be no power cuts, as the hotel was using a generator. Unfortunately, most of our first night, as well as most of our second day of the stay, the hotel was without electricity (and therefor also no AC or wifi). Had they told us before, we would not have stayed here, as we needed Wifi, and it was very...
