'Proprietor was attentive to everyone's needs, flexible with schedules, went out of her way to create an atmosphere and provide extras which both made the visit unique. The view of the lake was stunning, the room spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for guests to enjoy the whole house without feeling crowded, even if the weather had become unpleasant. Rooms were light and airy, artfully decorated, with good flow. We'll go out of our way to visit again.'

'Great location within short walking distance to Ithaca Commons restaurants, free parking (with hotel validation) in the parking garage around the corner, room was clean, lots of desk space to do computer work, microwave to heat food, good water pressure in shower. Water pressure in sink however was low. Lighting was a bit harsh and limited (bright white light in floor & desk lamp, no dimmers, non-adjustable neck on desk lamp). Overall served our purpose for visiting the area well. '

'Truly Beautiful and amazing place. We loved our two night stay and would come back again and again. Loved the food from Sapalta and breakfast buffet was stellar (for purchase). 'The view over the lake was spectacular for sunsets and especially full moon! The place was spotless and had everything we needed, with very comfortable furniture. Could use a small step stool to get into and out of the bed, and maybe a small half door across the stairs for safety, especially at night. '
