'Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Location is close to beginning of River walk.The hotel has bikes and umbrellas to use which was a big bonus as we used both. The room does have coffee but they charge you for it downstairs in morning because you have to get it from their restaurant. Wish they would have had some out in lobby for hotel guests free of charge.'

'Great location that is walkable to the downtown historic district and shopping day or night. When the valet tried to bring us our car after checking out, the battery was dead. The staff went above and beyond to help us. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and upbeat our entire stay. '
