'When we arrived it felt a bit warm in the lobby. We got to our room and it was 71 in the room after turning the temp down and going to supper the temp had not changed. The lady at the front desk moved us to different room. The temp was 75 in that room, and did not change. We later found out that the a/c was broken in the entire hotel. Apparently it had been broken for a couple of days. The manager continued to rent rooms knowing it was in the 90s during the day. Very poor management and poor...

'this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I have traveled 3rd world countries that were better than this. the room stunk. the halls were worse. the pool was green and had things growing in it. it has not been useable for a very long time. there is wiring run exposed everywhere. when you ask the staff for something they ack as if you are putting them out. the homeless that are walking around the place wouldn't stay there.'

'Staff at front desk was helpful, even at 4:30 AM. Appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of parking. Breakfast could definitely use some help!! And indoor pool area was not comfortable at all - sitting area was outside, the room was very hot & decking around the pool stayed soaked with some puddles. Overall, I give it a B+. Offer a better breakfast and I might bump it up to an A-.'

'I loved the downstairs and the restaurant. I felt the rooms could use better comforters and decoration. It wouldn’t take much to upgrade them aesthetically. The music stage in front of the lake was not pleasant to look at, but it probably helps their business model.'
