'The room was dated but nice, all the staff was helpful and friendly, pools looked great and fun, beach was beautiful but short! I would have liked to see staff clean up previously occupied areas at the beach. Food in the buffet was very good. We got to try a couple of restaurants and they were decent. The grounds are beautiful and the fitness center was nice with lots of equipment!'

'I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my recent experience with Arajet due to excessive flight delays, misleading communication, poor customer service, and unreasonable additional charges during our travel from Santo Domingo to Miami (MIA).
Our flight was delayed for more than 6 hours with very little communication provided to passengers. The delay was not properly announced at the airport, and the airline website failed to clearly show the actual flight status, creating confusion and...

'Unfortunately for me I came the day before the big fire at the next door resort.
I originally booked 2 nights but could only stay 1 because we had to evacuate the building and leave because the fire was really close to us and was becoming a threat.
The property however is beautiful and the views are great the rooms however were a lil outdated the bathroom door was all messed up paint peeling off and also the mirror was rusty and outdated, they were no blankets in the room just a plane sheet it...
