'Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!'

The Landing crew was always just a text/call away to answer any questions. Both times the accommodations were exactly as advertised and completely met our needs. '

Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment.
