'　日本で言えば、老舗の温泉ホテルのような感じがした。　ただし、大浴場はなく無料のサウナとプール、療養施設があった。そのためか長期滞在の中央アジア系と思われる人（団体）が多いように思われた。　内装、調度品、設備は重厚感のある物が多かった。　提供された部屋は中庭・プールに面した完全なシングル室で、夏に向けた外装工事中のため窓外は足場が組まれていたのは残念だった。　朝食は大ホテルらしいビュッフェ式で種類も豊富でオムレツオーター調理もあった。　立地としては観光中心部からやや外れた住宅街を通った先の高台で、部屋によっては景色が良いと思う。'

'　ほぼ新築物件で､いわゆるデザイナーズアパートであるけれど､デザインに凝るあまり使いにくさが目立つ。　まず、ワークスペースとして使えるテープ周りに電源がない、テレビはアンテナ接続がなくYouTube等を自分のアカウントで見る以外使えない。　さらに､キッチンと洗濯機はあるけれど洗剤はないので買ってこなければならない。　一応駐車場ありとなっているけれど､路上駐車のみ。駐車の際にスタッフが立ち会ったけれど、何も合図しないため少しぶつけた。　最後に､コーヒーカップを割ったら１２００円取られた。少し高すぎる気がした。'

'STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable.'

'Hotel tranquilo en las afueras de Borjomi. Buen desayuno. Wifi perfecto en las habitaciones. Habitaciones con camas cómodas y baño bien equipado. Personal muy atento.'

'The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. '

'On the positive side, the property is ideally located next to the nature park and on a lovely street with shops and restaurants. The building is really beautiful, but the rooms are average. I would not advise paying for breakfast, which was very disappointing. '

'The property needs new management! We stayed two nights in the cottage with 2 kids in October month. The property has many technical problems with water leakage, sound system, staff organization, heating system Etc. Despite of high prices, we made a reservation for 2 nights. However, they checked out us in the system the next day and our cards were not working. We parked our car near our cottage and couldn’t depart because of the impenetrable barrier and there was no security service in time....

'Начну с минусов. Гостиницу уже построили и ввели в эксплуатацию, а табличку с ее названием внизу на дороге поставить не удосужились. А она там ой как нужна, ибо гостиница находится не в том месте чтобы просто найти ее по навигатору. Мы потратили лишних минут сорок "рассекая" по Бикуриани и спрашивая дорогу прохожих и менеджеров других гостиниц. Нас пытались заселить в номер классом ниже чем мы резервировали, пришлось тратить время и на то чтобы выяснить почему их система выдает такую...

'The property is on the main road near the play attractions in Bakuriani. However, during our stay power was interrupted several times in the night due to a fire accident nearby and there was no backup power supply in the hotel. As a result of which the room heating was sub-optimal and we had to spend a sleepless night (outside temperature was around -6 degrees to -3 degrees celsius). Breakfast was very nominal and had very few choices considering the hefty price I paid for a Superior/Deluxe...

'Most of what was described in the website was inaccurate: the spa and pool were in a different building, there was no room service unless requested, there was no food service, the toilet smelled really bad, the wifi didn't work and there was no free parking.'
