'The condo itself was amazing. Very clean!! Much more than I expected. However, one night we had a very big disturbance from the neighbor. He was loudly and aggressively beating on his ceiling (our floor) and would scream anytime we walked outside to “be quiet”. It was around 8:30 pm & all of our kids were laying down for the night. We, by all means, were not being loud. I had to contact security. No other issues & that wasn’t fault of the condo itself. I would recommend staying here & will stay...

'We really enjoyed our stay at Jim and Rose’s condo! It was in a perfect location that was very close to the strip but had the feel and quietness of being in the Ozarks. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the condo itself was like a home away from home. It was super clean and spacious, and the management team was very communicative. I also loved that we did not have to stand in line at a front desk and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Thank you so much for your hospitality! '

'The property was very clean. Communication was not the best. I received several emails stating I would get all the check in information two days before the check in. The information was not sent until the day of check in. The kitchen is dark, one bulb in the main fixture was not working. Could use a light over the range. With the bed in the loft the Morning sun starts hitting the bed through the window above the a/c unit shortly after sunrise. A blind or shade would be nice to allow some time...

'Everything was perfect. Instructions for heater/ air conditioner would be a great addition. Figured out how to turn it off and because of weather it was perfect. Excellent views and very quiet and peaceful. '

'Less than 10 min drive to Branson Landing. Beautiful views onto the lake and nature from large and comfortable balcony, and the many large windows. Easy access to boat dock and fishing. Communication with property manager is prompt, helpful, and friendly. We will look for this property again.'

'The Presley Penthouse was wonderful. It was a fun place to spend our vacation in Branson. Conveniently located. Little disappointed that the description offered two bathrooms, but it was 1 bathroom and the other was 1 toilet room. The juke box didn't work, but it was still fun to see the lights on. Breakfast was simple, but the service was wonderful. Robin checked us in and she was absolutely wonderful. She offered and gave us help with all our needs. One thing that was a little troubling...

'We have previously stayed before at this place and the first time, the tub had soap scum in it. The second time, I just entered the upstairs bedroom and one of the pillows had someone's makeup all over it.! Then I went straight to the shower and the shower doors were covered in soap scum. It was a lot of soap scum buildup. Everything else was fine and great, it just looks like they need to improve in the house cleaning department . '
