'Such a lovely stay for one night here. The lady on Reception couldn’t do enough for me after I explained I was having a quiet night away for one. The staff member offered to move my room to the back of the building to make things quieter for me and took the time to explain all amenities in my room. She was warm and approachable which made for a much more positive guest experience. Will definitely return again in the future. '

'Great apartment within 15-20 mins walk along the canal into the city. Comfy beds, excellent communication with the host, great kitchen and TV. Lovely welcome pack. Can get a bit hot when there’s a heatwave because of the big windows. Would recommend highly. '

'An amazing stay away in a historical monument. We did dome research earlier on and knew due to the location there would be some noise, but it didn't bother us at all. Staff were very friendly, we opted to meet them at the property. The accommodation was very clean and incredibly cosy, I would most definitely do this again! '

First room produced humming and ticking noises, after a complaint the second room was quiet, bed the beds where beyond salvageble condition. Difficulties with the IT on checking in and out. No second time for me there, overpriced and outdated hotel '

Slechte bereikbaarheid van de kamer met veel gesjouw van koffers trap op, trap af. Mooi zwembad in een apart gebouw, Aangename omgeving maar ver weg van de "bewoonde wereld".'

'Gaining access to the property was painful. I was told I would have the code from 3pm but it was not shared. When I arrived the host was unavailable so I had to park outside making calls/messages. Parking was a lottery on the street. Very stressful. Finally got in but code was only given when I was at the front door. That had not been communicated. Wifi code was not provided though I was told it would be. Never saw any signs of a swimming pool. Luxury? Broken toilet seat.'
