'Erg schoon. Fijne kamer een zitje waar je je koffie kan drinken. Alleen jammer dat er geen free wifi is op de kamers. Voor de wifi moest je 10 pond per dag betalen wat ik erg veel vind. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Heel servicegericht. Hotel ligt naast het treinstation en de winkels.'

'Top locatie, in centrum tegenover Cardiff Castle Kamer prima, alhoewel opknapbeurt is nodig. Verbouwing in foyer en bar-restaurant, jammer maar niet zo een gemis want er is voldoende aanbod in de direct omgeving. '

'Lovely comfortable room although finding it was a challenge which was not explained at reception. Up a very grand staircase, through the glass doors on the left, (not right), down a long corridor through another door to the elevator up to 2nd & 3rd floors. Finding the bar/ restaurant in the main hotel was another challenge, more corridors, stairs and elevators with no signage!!'

Moest dat zelfs eisen onder dreigement van eten terugsturen. Zou er zeker niet gaan eten. We hadden eend. Deze was zelfs niet met een mes te snijden. Klacht aan het personeel verteld. Antwoord wat we kregen was dat de chef dat ook vond. Geen excuus of aanbieden van een koffie na. Bediening zeer slecht.'
