'Oceanfront room was fine, some areas outdated. Common hall areas dirty, same crumbs and garbage sitting in areas all 3 days we were there. Pool and hottub was drained so closed for 24 hours, so unable to use. Pool area is very humid and smells like chemicals and mildew, makes it hard to breathe and want to use. Bathroom in pool area filthy.
Garbage on lawn/grounds in common outdoor areas that also never got picked up.
We had free breakfast with our room which was nice but it took over an hour...

'I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view....
1) The door lock/lack there of
Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired.
2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size
3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

'Great place! Loved the location. AC wasn’t working but the owner and property manager tried very hard to resolve the issue. Communication was great during our stay and the house was clean and exactly how it’s listed. I would absolutely recommend this place and will book again in the future!'
