'The valet area workers are very rude. When I pulled up to just check in the lalet said you cant park here and to go find another spot. Parking valet cars in front of the main entrance is stupid as it is the only area for hotel guests to park to check in. Why dont they use the parking garage to park valet cars.'

'Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is really nice. Staff was courteous. The area is nice and plenty of stuff around specially being next to the mall. My only gripe with this place is the fees. You want wifi? Unless you book direct with them you have to pay about $15 per day to get wifi. You want a faster wifi? then you have to pay more. You want parking? You gotta pay for that as well. Otherwise great place. '

'Amazing rooms, in a great location. Outside noise comes through the windows all night long, and the heater in the room sounds like someone’s trying to break in, but other than those the hotel is very nice! Would definitely stay again'

'The lobby is beautiful, and there is a fun sports bar and a nice restaurant in the building. The staff are nice. We went for one of the cheaper options of rooms. Our room was basic, clean and quite dated. It’s works well if you just need somewhere to sleep and have activities during the day, but it’s not a room we wanted to spend too much time in. We also found that there was a lot of noise disturbance, as we could hear people across the hall. Needs a refresh to match the beautiful lobby! '

'It is a beautiful property, and the Starbucks in the lobby is awesome. I was there for a conference, and everything was great. The bed was a little firm for me, but not terrible. Having so many restaurants and pubs nearby was fantastic, too.'
