'Late check in…room wasn’t ready 6:30 pm. Floor in room was gross. Front desk accused me of stealing and after the fact refuse to have accountability. Zero stars do not recommend. Tried to call and complain Shariece was also very rude(recorded the call). I will never stay here again.'

'The view from the balcony was spectacular and the water color unbeatable! The pool was very large divided into a shallow side and a deep side - both large enough to not feel crowded. The unit was spotless and smelled fresh and clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking and eating in. The beds were comfortable and the unit spacious. Our family of 6 were comfortably accommodated.'

'Yes. But we didn't like no access to the room till 4 pm. If I use the code earlier then you'll be located out. We also had to checkout early by 10 am. Clean the garbage, stripped the linen, wash the dishes despite paying the full price of a hotel. Also we got locked out one night for no reason and there was no front desk person available to help. This is not good. Then I had to look through my old emails to find a 800 number to call Luckly. Property had too many instructions to follow while on...

We paid for a luxury condo completely misleading.
The condition of the unit is unacceptable. The tile floor is covered with a poorly glued rug that feels unstable and unsafe, like it could give way when walking on it. The tiles in the center of the floor were raised almost like a roof peek. This caused a tripping hazard in which we have to move the coffee table over it to avoid our family from tripping...
