'I really love my stay at this hotel, it’s human sized and the staff is wonderful, particularly at breakfast. The only bad thing is the noise of the music of the gym, you can hear it all day when you are on the 5th floor. Why is it necessary to turn the music so loud? Except that the hotel is quiet (and except when there is Spanish crew member together). I definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back next time. '

'Very nice hotel but the service is not up to the same level. They could not take a preauthorization on my card and as such all expenses had to be paid separately by cash or card. My laundry was not delivered to my room and I had to go pick it up myself and pay for it the next day...this is not acceptable. Next time just take a preauthorization...In years of travel I have never experienced this! '

'The hotel was located off a main thoroughfare, in a nice residential neighborhood. Staff spoke little/no English, but were patient with my Spanglish. They were very helpful with some small requests I made. Nice hotel in good condition. Good value for money.'

'The hotel is nice in a very beautiful and safe area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and most of them spoke really good English. Nothing to complain about. I would stay here again. 'In all ways the hotel staff tried to make my hotel as comforatable as possible. Shortly after my first stay I booked a second one night stay. I had to stand up at 4 a.m. to catch my flight and normally they do not serve breakfast, but on my request they made an acception and had a breakfast box available. which I really appreciated. During my first stay I found the breakfast service excellent. Instead of regular filter coffee it was no problem to receive a few good expresso's from the bar...

'The building is brand new with very well equipped apartments, last last technology and good taste. It was very clean. I like very much the silverware and tableware. I would change de pillows. It is located in a residential neighborhood, very quiete. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is very affordable for short or long stay. In general everything is very God. 'It was a comfortable stay. The room was nicely equipped with everything including cooking utensils and a full kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which provided plenty of room and comfort for all. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants shopping nearby. Great value for the price.
