'Very nice hotel with big room- I was there a full week and they never cleaned the room which I’m not super happy about. No need to do it every day but at least once would have been nice. I asked the front desk and it didn’t change anything. '

'First we did not get free wifi on the 17th floor. I could when I was in the restaurant and lobby, but not our room. The sad thing is nothing you can control, but I have never seen so many homeless people in my life almost on every street. Did not feel safe unless there were several of us. The city really needs to do something about the homeless. It sure takes away from your city.'

'The property is older for sure. It is convenient especially if you are on NCL. The price does not fit the property in my opinion. But convenience really plays and I get it. Maybe a $300 a night hotel. The beds they said were Quenns. They are full size beds for sure. Its all good you asked for opinion so you got it. I would not recommend based on price alone. We were literally in the room to sleep..'
