'We usually stay once a month for 3-4 nights. I absolutely loved our room on the 10th floor this time. The shower pressure was so high and nice. The room was very clean. My complaint was our neighbors were soooo noisy and we could hear all their conversations and visitors through the connecting door. Also the beds in this room were not the normal soft ones. The pillows were thin and hard also.'

I could have requested one but we were 45 minutes from checking out, so we made it work. Second, there are no free water options in the facility. I'm not paying $2.50 for a bottle of...

'Like it overall. But the room by the street can be a little bit noisy.
Hotel front desk staffs are friendly and nice, but the breakfast waiter and waitress doesn’t greet us and introduce us to seats so we decided to leave.'
