'Food was good but our room and bathroom were infested with bees. We were not told that drinks at dinner time had to be paid. So it was surprising to see a check after a cup of juice. Something was hitting our walls the entire night so we could barely sleep. But the view and atmosphere were nice.'

'Everything was just perfect! The food was amazing, the staff was warm and welcoming, the place had a relaxing atmosphere which was perfect for us after a full day of driving. The only tiny thing that could be improved was the wines that were offered - could be an idea to keep some dry wines too (but this is just a small thing)'

'The accommodation and especially the tent was very nice.
Unfortunately, on arrival there was no vehicle available for us to do the game drives. We indicated by mail, weeks in advance, that we would like to do all game drives.
Afterwards we understood that Shadrack, the General Manager, had suggested to our driver from Nairobi to leave us at the camp without the possibility to do the game drives at all.
Our driver refused and did the game drives with us in his own 4x4, in which we arrived...

'I cannot say enough good things about Elephant Pepper Camp! I stayed for 4 nights with my wife on an 18 day honeymoon, and out of all the places we stayed, including 5-star hotels in Cairo, Nairobi, Dubai, and the Maldives, we had the best service and the best food of all at Elephant Pepper. We were picked up directly from the Mara North Airstrip and immediately began our safari adventure with a game drive. Each morning we were woken up, given coffee/tea/sweets around the fire, and went on...

'Facilities were fantastic, with hot water and flushing toilets. The only negative were the day staff who did not seem very friendly. I put this down to us getting off on the wrong foot, so was glad we were only staying here for two nights.
The guy from our previous day -Safari drive was waiting for us at check out -with the day staff- ( all men ) stating we owed him an extra 10 Dollars, but we showed him the exchange rate and offered him the correct amount of one dollar- which he refused. Thus...
