The service was good and pool area and public areas including the pool were also lovely. Our favourite part was the small beach with beautiful waters for swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. '

'Great view on sea, town and harbour. Restaurant area has great views too. Beach area is without beach but easy stairs to enter the sea, great swimming, but less for kids. Good food in beach bar. We had a pleasant stay.'

'It was a beautifully restored mansion. We were in the basement but there was plenty of sunlight streaming in from windows. Bedroom was in upstairs loft so stairs to navigate . Bathroom downstairs. Everything updated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, from granola with fruit to eggs and small spinach pies. Tasty orange cake to top it off! Lovely place with garden and resident tortoise and areas to sit outside with a glass of wine. Highly recommend and use the donkeys to carry luggage!'

'I rarely write reviews and I rarely get so sad to leave a hotel. This was an amazing experience, rooted in the staff. I highly recommend Four seasons Hydra. Slow mornings. Amazing water. The best tavern with amazing food. Sunsets and again some of the best staff and i have stayed in the most expensive hotels worldwide. I can't wait to come back'

'I loved staying at this hotel. It is so pretty and the people are so nice and attentive. Due to Covid, breakfast was served to our table in the garden( between lemon-, orange- and pomegranate trees etc) instead of going to a buffet ourselves. In the background fine, classical music, played softly through the speakers that were hidden between the plants. 'Beautiful boutique hotel in Hydra Town. Just blocks from the ferry docks. Small property, only a few rooms, excellent housekeeping. And a homemade breakfast that was huge, varied tremendously from day to day, multiple dishes, and NOT a buffet. From pastries to fruit, eggs, coffee, custard…so glad we opted to eat there instead of going to a restaurant. Fantastic place, would go back in a heartbeat. '
