'My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.'

'I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location. The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. 'Stayed for 2 nights had booked 4 rooms checking was 12.30pm 3rooms was not available till 2pm 4th one wasn't available had to book elsewhere 1 room. Staff was rude and aragnt breakfast supposed to be included charged us. Booked double and single beds in each rooms was given 1 double bed in room. Electrics was giving shock when touched cleaning wasn't done. Double bed and a mattress was given to put on floor and sleep refused refund even it's hotels faults. Over booking. Charging £15 to use...

'The property we originally were supposed to stay at was already fully booked. So they shifted us to another guest house. When we entered the room it had a strange smell. The staff were helpful. Reception guy was not nice, he kept questioning my stay there with my wife. ( he couldn’t believe i was married). 2 stars are generous.'
