'The room was perfect. We asked for a bath and it was taken care of. Check-in went smoothly. Parking outside (6,30€/day) is cheaper than in the garage of the hotel (14€), and there was enough space. Breakfast had to be ordered at the counter due to COVID, so we had to wait a little. But quality and quantity were OK, and personnel were friendly. I recommend this hotel, I think it is one of the best in Udine.'

'It was unique in that it has been around for 5 centuries. The staff was VERY attentive and helpful with the area. With that being said the rooms were old and needed updating, the bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. We were expecting the room to have A/C but it had been turned off so we had to sleep with the window open. The shower was VERY small. The breakfast that was offered was very limited in the choices and quantity of food items. On the last day we discovered that the room had ants.'
