'The location and nature were absolutely amazing, situated at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting outside in warm clothes and the cool, refreshing weather made the experience even more enjoyable.
The “Zarif” restaurant and its service were outstanding. It is an ideal place for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. With live music, you can enjoy a truly memorable evening.

'The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, my experience was not very good. During the rain, there were several roof leaks inside the building. The spa was satisfactory, but the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor food quality, and some items did not seem fresh. Overall, the hotel requires improvement, and based on my experience, I would not stay here again.'

'Brand new hotel in the center of town. Nice big rooms with confortable bed and view to the city.
Walking distance to the old town and palace.
Very helpful staff but sometimes a little bit difficult to be understood in English at the reception. Probably lack of training or language shortage.
Breakfast is good but poor. Very little choice. No fruit. No hot stuff. No coffee. Strange for a 4* hotel. …….'
