'Staying at The Lodge at Chichen Itza was such a unique and memorable experience. It feels surreal to be so close to the ruins, surrounded by history and completely immersed in nature — you really feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with a classic hacienda style and tons of lush plants everywhere you look. Even though the property is going through some updates, it didn’t take away from our stay at all — it actually feels like the place is growing...

'We stayed a few days at this cute boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the surroundings beautiful and calm and the room stylish and adequate. The hotel is located on a really nice street with small boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The hotel also have a cafe and courtyard open to the public. '

'This is a beautiful 16th century hacienda. It is quite well maintained, but it is obvious that more money should be invested to bring it back to its former glory, especially the bathroom ceilings.
However, for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation, outside the city but not too far away, this hacienda is an excellent choice.
But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all.

'Wat een ongelofelijk mooi en luxe hotel, midden in de natuur. ‘S-ochtends werden we begroet door een kolibrie op ons terras en we mochten een uur privé zwemmen in de cenote bij het hotel. Ze dragen ook zorg voor ‘stingles bees’ in een speciaal programma. Het was leuk om daar meer uitleg over te krijgen. Uitstekende service, we zijn enorm verwend. In het duurdere segment maar dat was het helemaal waard, een onvergetelijke ervaring. Echt een aanrader. '
