'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. In itself that's understandable, but upon checking out, instead of deducting this from the amount that was due, I had to pay the full amount due on top of this, with the promise...

'Veel te duur voor wat het is. Mijn kamer werd zelfs niet opgemaakt. Vraag voor late check out was niet mogelijk . Slechts 1 restaurant waar buffet of a la carte kan worden besteld. Dit laatste is zeer duur wanneer men een steak neemt . '

Na area de piscina tem outro espaço para ficar sossegado, fazer um lanche e brincar com as duas cachorrinhas que moram no Chale. Cada espaço é bem decorado e aromatizado com fragrancias especiais.
