'Super vriendelijk personeel, helpen je met alles. Kamers netjes en schoon, niet onwijs groot, maar wat een uitzicht! Wij zaten helemaal bovenaan de berg met kamers 700, het is wel een eindje van de ingang van het park maar zeker de moeite waard. Er rijden overigens busjes door het park om je heen er weer te rijden (gratis). Ontbijt is goed, diner is ook lekker maar wel een beetje prijzig. '

2 buitenzwembaden, gratis zwembadcabana's, parasols voor strand/zwembad

'Dit hotel is waanzinnig! Wij hadden een prachtige kamer met prive zwembad. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Elk detail van dit hotel klopt. De inrichting van de kamers, de zwembaden en het restaurant is van het hoogste niveau. Het eten in het restaurant was zeer smakelijk evenals het ontbijt. Wij hadeen het geluk dat er 2 luiaards in de bomen op het terrein van het hotel zaten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Wij kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen! Wij komen hier zeker terug!!!'

'Spotted a coati outside our room and hummingbirds at breakfast were beautiful Lovely restaurant and dinner and breakfast were excellent with lots of choice Some lovely walking trails around the hotel Loved the village of Elena had some cute high end shops and a fantastic coffee shop and great gift shops Visited sloth sanctuary which was fantastic to see sloths close up '

'Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. They day we arrived it was my husbands birthday, they had a mini birthday cake waiting for us in our room. The day we were leaving they left us a little gift in our room & even offered to pack a breakfast box to go since we had to leave really early In the morning. 'One of the best places we stayed at in Costa Rica. It’s truly a beautiful stay. The place is amazing and clean and great wifi. We wished we stayed here longer. The balcony is great and the shared terrace had the most beautiful sunset. '

'The hotel is amazing! The stuff even better! All the property is surrounding with an amazing views, probably the must beautiful views in Costa Rica! Everything is closed by as bars, clubs, restaurants. The property owners are super nice and welcoming! If you look at the sky and see stars, it’s probably not enough to review this hotel! Gorgeous! 'Katia and her staff were welcoming and friendly. Katia wears many hats as host/owner, chef, bartender and more. And she excels at it all! They work hard to accommodate any and all reasonable requests. The views from our room, the rooftop and pool areas were beautiful! Rooms were clean and a very nice size.
