'Nice room however airco was nog functioning properly. Not possible to change temperature. They came to repair it, but it was set on a fix way too warm temperature. Not possible to sleep at all. A real pitty for such an expensive and recent hotel! The room was really nice and the pool area was superb! Be aware that everything is charged!!!! At breakfast they put pastries on the table. Even if you don’ touch them, they charge you for it! A lungo coffee was charged almost 7,5 USD as they made it...

'We had the most amazing experience at Casa de Sierra Nevada. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food was amazing - it was everything you would want from a five-star hotel and more. After our stay, both my husband and I have been staying we never want to stay anywhere else other than a Belmond hotel. We loved it!'

'Opening the wood door off the beautiful cobblestone streets of the central historic district leads to a beautiful tranquil open atrium of the Orchid House. This small boutique hotel has 5-6 rooms off the courtyard. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was made to order in the dining room and included. Pass through stone hallway and end up in a back garden. Ok so weekends there are bars/clubs in the vicinity. Some reviewers have been sensitive to the music. Earplugs are provided and...

'It’s a beautiful property, the house is well equipped. A little hard to get the jacuzzi going but overall amazing stay. '

'Excellent home to stay in San Miguel. The rooftop views are amazing. The heated pool at the patio was great, and the house is just a quick trip into Centro. There are free shuttles in the community that can take you to the center and back which was very convenient for us. The community is quiet and there's always security. It's a great option to visit San Miguel. The HOLT staff was always responsive and very professional. I would definitely come back.'
