'As soon as you walk in the hotel you notice the amazing scent! The staff were great especially Jenna! She was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. Love her! Rooms were nice and clean. And the rooms get really dark which makes sleeping lovely. The ambience is wonderful. Nice and moody. Love love love. Will come back again! '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room.
