Services and delivered quality are according the price level: e.g rooms need some maintenance as some parts are really in bad shape, windows very dirty, airco is not adequate, breakfast misses some finesse or quality. However on first sight hotel gives luxury, good impression, staff is professional but not always english speaking. Pool & fitness services are fine.'

'The accommodation was fine. The biggest minus was that everywhere it smelled like cigarette smoke. Even the no-smoking corridors. We had to move room as our room, even though non-smoking smelled like smoke.'

'전체적으로 만족합니다. 객실 청결하고, 침대 너무 편안했고, 객실 온도 조절이 훌륭했다. 조식 뷔페도 훌륭했다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 호텔에 공항 픽업을 예약했고 비용도 선불로 지급했다. 하지만 예약된 시간보다 픽업 차량이 1시간 늦게 도착했고, 난 앙카라 공항 밖에서 혼자 1시간을 서성였다. 앙커라에서 가장 비싸고, 좋은 호텔로 소문나서 이용했으나, 첫인상이 너무 안 좋았다.'

'We stayed for three nights and from the moment we entred to the moment we left, we had a wonderful time. The staff is welcoming and attentive non stop, friendly and serviceminded. At Lugal you are treated both like a family member and a Royal. Our first visit was nearly ten years ago and we would never consider another hotel in Ankara. Even if the hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful, it is the staff making it worth coming back!'
