'The food is tasteless, the hotel is outdated, there is a shortage of staff, and the chefs handle the food without wearing gloves. I saw one chef wipe his nose and then touch the food with the same hands. The hotel shares a beach with a public beach, and people from outside come in and disturb the guests. This was the worst 5-star hotel I have ever seen — absolutely terrible.'

'Het hotel is ‘echt’ geen 5 sterren hotel waard. Ik vind het nogal misleidend. De prijsverhouding is daarmee ook niet in lijn. 'My holiday overall was quite enjoyable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and efficient, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was kept very clean, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness and upkeep. However, I did find the room facilities to be somewhat lacking; for example, there was no tissue box available in the room, which was a minor inconvenience.
