The property location was fantastic, making it easy to get in and out of Paris. The property has excellent parking and is easy to access via the front door/lift, with fab view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night The property felt secure and safe and there was very little noise transference from other flats in the block The owner did not speak English and we had limited French, so it was difficult to fully understand each other when we arrived, but we managed. Although advertised as a double and twin bed flat, there was only one double and a single bed available. The flat was not ready; the bedding had been laundered and was still drying and whilst tidy the flat did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival, especially as we had been charged 85 Euros for this as part of our booking. The flat was surprisingly spacious and generally well fitted, but aside from the sofa bed/couch, the other 2 x armchairs were worn out / not very comfortable. In terms of a 'handover' or local useful information pack, we did not know where the nearest supermarket/shops were or where the nearest station was, so these things took longer to sort out than we would have liked.
